OVERNIGHT LIVER/GALLBLADDER FLUSH

700,000 people in the US have their gallbladders surgically removed each year; many unnecessarily.
70,000 results come up when one googles “non-surgical gall stone removal.”
Here’s a recipe that’s easy to do and requires minimal down time! All you need is: 4 Tablespoons of Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate) Half cup of Olive Oil ¾ cup pink grapefruit juice (of course fresh is best but not necessary!)
Day 1 Take no vitamins or pills. Eat a light and hydrating no fat breakfast and lunch. Do not eat or drink after 2 pm.
Mix the 4 Tablespoons of Epsom salts in 3 cups of water in a quart jar. This makes 4 servings of ¾ each; and all you will need.
6:00 pm Drink one ¾ cup serving of the room temperature Epsom salt water. 8:00 pm Drink another ¾ cup of the Epsom salts.
Mix ½ cup olive oil with ¾ grapefruit juice in a pint jar with a lid.
10:00 pm Shake the potion and drink. Lie down for the night immediately on your right side.
Day 2 Expect diarrhea in the morning. Not before 6:00 am and upon awakening drink your third ¾ cup of Epsom salts; go back to bed. 2 hours later take your last dose of the Epsom salts. Go back to bed if you wish.
2 hours later you may begin ingesting fruit juice. An hour later you may eat fruit. One hour later you may eat regular food but keep it light! By late afternoon you should feel recovered.
In order for you to set your intention; let me explain what you’re doing. The liver makes bile and stores it in the gallbladder. When we eat fat, the gall bladder squirts bile into our digestive tract to digest the fat. The Epsom salts “open the bile ducts.” When you lay down on your right side that olive oil is virtually sitting on top of the gallbladder with its ducts all open. Any stones in the gallbladder will come out thru the colon. You should clean your colon first! It is also best but not necessary to do a parasite and/or kidney cleanse before you do this flush.
