Hi! How are you? I’m just checking in with you since giving you the e-commerce site.
I have to say I can’t thank you enuf for giving it a go with me!
I am still getting it figured out on my end and sure you are too.

One thing I can clear up is this. On facebook I checked some of those paid ads on the right about Zamzuu. If they are trying to sell you something it is not zamzuu! The site I gave you is FREE for LIFE and all training so far from zamzuu has been free also. So, don’t get scammed!

I think this whole thing with the future of shopping being online is really going to be big, And at the same time it may take some time before we are generating serious income on our sites. But we are really in a good position. Just tell your friends to help you by doing the shopping they are already doing online at your site! They are helping themselves, too. For example, walmart has agreed to be part of Zamzuu and give the same discounts and offers, PLUS, cash back at your site. They get cash back and you get a commission.

Here are three websites to help you get more familiar with the business:

You have a back office you sign into with your user name and password. There is a quick video overview of your back office there.

And on the page where you signed up for your site here, there is another video overview of how the e-commerce site itself works, well worth watching. And this is where you would send any of your friends who would like a FREE website from me, Judith Arnold!

And this site has 3 video presentations that I found really helpful.

I plan to stay in touch with you and keep you updated as I learn.
Love, jude

Please let me give you a FREE e-commerce site

This is the story of women who were ground-breakers. These brave women from the early 1900’s made all the difference in the lives we live today.

Remember, it was not until 1920 that women were granted the right to go to the polls and vote.

The women were innocent and defenseless, but when, in North America , women picketed in front of the White House, carrying signs asking for the vote, they were jailed.

And by the end of the first night in jail, those women were barely alive.
Forty prison guards wielding clubs and their warden’s blessing
went on a rampage against the 33 women wrongly convicted of
‘obstructing sidewalk traffic.’

(Lucy Burns)
They beat Lucy Burns, chained her hands to the cell bars above
her head and left her hanging for the night, bleeding and gasping
for air.

(Dora Lewis)
They hurled Dora Lewis into a dark cell, smashed her
head against an iron bed and knocked her out cold. Her cellmate,
Alice Cosu, thought Lewis was dead and suffered a heart attack.
Additional affidavits describe the guards grabbing, dragging,
beating, choking, slamming, pinching, twisting and kicking the women.

Thus unfolded the ‘Night of Terror’ on Nov. 15, 1917,
when the warden at the Occoquan Workhouse in Virginia ordered his
guards to teach a lesson to the suffragists imprisoned there because
they dared to picket Woodrow Wilson’s White House for the right
to vote.

For weeks, the women’s only water came from an open pail. Their
food–all of it colorless slop–was infested with worms.

(Alice Paul)
When one of the leaders, Alice Paul, embarked on a hunger strike, they tied her to a
chair, forced a tube down her throat and poured liquid into her until she vomited.
She was tortured like this for weeks until word was smuggled out to the press.

All women who have ever voted, have ever owned property, have ever enjoyed equal rights need to remember that women’s rights had to be fought for in Canada as well.

Do our daughters and our sisters know the price that was paid to earn rights for women here, in North America ?

2010 is the 81th Anniversary of the Persons Case in Canada ,
which finally declared women in Canada to be Persons!

My Fellow Americans:

Nine years ago today we invaded the nation of Afghanistan. I’d just turned 40. I had a Discman and an Oldsmobile and had gotten really into LiveJournal. That was a long time ago. It was so long ago, does anybody remember why we’re even there? I think everyone wanted to capture Osama bin Laden and bring him to justice. But he got away sometime in the first month or so. He left. We stayed. Looking back now, that makes no sense.

Needing to find a new reason for the mission, we decided to overthrow the religious extremists who were running Afghanistan. Which we did. Sorta. Unlike Osama, they never left. Why not? Well, they were Afghans, it was their country. And, strangely enough, a lot of other Afghans supported them. To this day, the Taliban only have 25,000 armed fighters. Do you really think an army that tiny could control and suppress a nation of 28 million against their will? What’s wrong with this picture? WTF is really going on here?

The truth is, I can’t get an answer. My generals can’t quite tell me what our mission is. If we went in there to rout out al-Qaeda, well, they’re gone too. The CIA tells me there are under 100 of them left in the whole country!

My generals have also admitted the following to me:

1. There is no way we can defeat the Taliban. They enjoy too much popular support in the rural areas, the majority of the country.

2. Even though we’ve been there nine years, the truth is the Taliban, not us, not the Afghan government, control the country. After nine years, we’ve only completely run the Taliban out of 3% of Afghanistan.

3%!! (Just for reference, it took us only ELEVEN MONTHS after D-Day to entirely defeat the Nazis across all of Europe.)

3. Our troops and their commanders are still trying to learn the language, the culture, the customs of Afghanistan. The fact is, our troops are simply not trusted by the average people (especially after they’ve killed numerous civilians, either through recklessness or for sport).

4. The Afghan government we installed is corrupt beyond belief. The public does not trust them. President Karzai is on anti-depressants and our advisors tell us he is erratic and loopy on many days. His brother has a friendly relationship with the Taliban and is believed to be a major poppy (heroin) dealer. Heroin poppies are the #1 contributor to the Afghan economy.

The war in Afghanistan is a mess. The insurgency grows — and why wouldn’t it: foreign troops have invaded and occupied their country! The people responsible for 9/11 are no longer there. So why are we? Why are we offering up the lives of our sons and daughters every single day — for no reason anyone can define.

In fact, the only reason I can see is that this war is putting billions of profits into the pockets of defense contractors. Is that a reason to stay, so Halliburton can post a larger profit this quarter?

It is time for me to bring our troops home — right now. Not one more American needs to die. Their deaths do not make us safer and they do not bring democracy to Afghanistan.

It is not our mission to defeat the Taliban. That is the job of the Afghan people — if that is what they choose to do. There are many groups and leaders of countries in this world who are despicable. We are not going to invade 30 countries and remove their regimes. That is not our job.

I am not going to stay in Afghanistan just because we’re already there and we haven’t “won” yet. There is nothing to win. No one from Genghis Khan to Leonid Brezhnev has been able to win there. So the troops are coming home.

I refuse to participate in scaring the American people with a phony “War on Terror.” Are there terrorists? Yes. Will they strike again? Sadly, yes. But these terrorist acts are few and far between and should not dictate how we live our daily lives or make us ignore our constitutional rights. They should never distract us from what our real priorities are in making our country safe and secure: Everyone with a good job, families able to own a home and send their kids to college, universal health care that’s coordinated by your elected representative government — not by greedy, profit-hungry insurance companies. THAT would be true homeland security.

And what about Osama bin Laden? Nine years and we can’t find a 6’5″ Arab man who apparently is on dialysis? Even after offering $25 million to anyone who will tell us where he is? You don’t think someone would have taken us up on that by now?

Here’s what I know: Osama bin Laden is a multi-millionaire — and if there’s one thing I’ve learned about the rich is that they don’t live in caves for 9 years. Bin Laden is either dead or hiding out in a place where his money protects him. Or maybe he just went home.

Just like we should do. Now. My condolences to the families of all who died in this war. Most of them signed up after 9/11 and wanted to do their duty because we were attacked. But we were not attacked by a country. We were attacked by a few religious extremists. And you don’t defeat a few thugs by shipping halfway around the world thousands of armored vehicles and hundreds of thousands of soldiers. That is just sheer idiocy.

And it ends tonight.

God be with you.

I’m not a Muslim.

(End of speech, as transcribed by Michael Moore)

Our hard work paid off: Fox News finally caved and admitted to viewers that its parent company is funding the Republican Governors Association’s efforts to defeat Democrats!

During Tuesday morning’s “fair and balanced” broadcast covering gerrymandering tactics and an extended clip of Gov. Haley Barbour (RGA Chair) bragging about Republican prospects this November, a Fox anchor stated:

“By way of full disclosure, News Corp., parent company of this network, has contributed one million dollars to the Republican Governors Association.”

We put the pressure on Fox and friends and won this battle — thanks to your tireless support.

But that doesn’t change the fact that the RGA is $1 million richer. And even though News Corp. owner Rupert Murdoch flat-out admitted the donation was his way of helping Republicans unseat Ohio’s Democratic governor, we can’t count on Fox News continuing to publicly disclose its funding for the GOP.

Help the Democratic Governors Association keep the pressure on Fox. Contribute $5 today!

Did you know that News Corp. donated another million bucks to a powerful lobbying group that’s already spent nearly $7 million for Republicans this cycle?

So what does this mean for us? We have to keep fighting. In fact, with less than a month until these critical elections, we must fight harder than ever.

Donate $5 today. Help give us the resources to keep the pressure on the Republicans and defend Democrats from the millions of dollars in special-interest attacks they’re facing in these final days.

And it’s not just cash that Fox and friends are throwing at these races.

For weeks, Glenn Beck has run his Fox show as a GOP Get-Out-The-Vote operation, using every fear tactic he can dream up to terrify the Far Right into action. He’s even claiming that progressives “buy in to socialism and Marxism and communism” and want to turn the U.S. “into a Third World country.”

This victory over Fox matters, but not if we can’t keep the fight alive all the way through Election Day… Not if we allow the Republicans to take over our statehouses and, ultimately, Congress itself… Not if we let the GOP steer America back in the wrong direction after so much progress.

Your $5 will keep us fighting the GOP and its allies at Fox News around the clock, so donate today!

With pride and determination,

Nathan Daschle
Executive Director
Democratic Governors Association

P.S. After we put the pressure on Fox News to own up to their alliance with the Republicans, they caved and finally broadcast the truth. But they donated another $1 million to one of the biggest Republican-funding groups this cycle. Meanwhile, they have Glenn Beck working his viewers into a fear-fueled voting surge… We need your help to win this battle against the Republicans and their Fox allies today!

Make Sure Progressives Win!

Once again, you’re turning heads in Washington.

The headline from the insider D.C. magazine Hotline: On Call this week proclaimed “Progressive Groups Coming To Feingold’s Rescue.” The Wall Street Journal article about it pointed out we’re not just raising money, we’re making phone calls to recruit volunteers and putting staff on the ground to get out the vote. But that’s not what’s making news.

“Some said raising money for Feingold has proven far easier than doing so for other Democrats … Feingold, an outspoken critic of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars and the anti-terrorism policies of the Bush and Obama administrations, is a hero for liberals across the country.”
We’ve been saying it for months and it’s just starting to sink in. There isn’t an enthusiasm gap for Progressives Heroes who stand up and deliver like Russ Feingold and Barbara Boxer.

The fact is, Democracy for America is supporting over 100 campaigns with staff, volunteers, fund raising, and Get-Out-The-Vote trainings. If just half of the 23 progressive candidates we’ve endorsed for House of Representatives win, the House keeps a Democratic majority. Congresswoman Pelosi remains Speaker of the House and the winning progressive campaigns will provide the difference between victory and defeat in 2010. The same will be said when our Senate progressives win, but we have to deliver right now to make it happen.

Make sure progressives win in November and Democrats keep the majority!

We’ve placed Dean Corps staff and field organizers on the ground in 10 of the most important races around the country from Senator Feingold in Wisconsin to Grassroots All-Star Beth Krom in California.

We’ve partnered with our friends at the Progressive Change Campaign Committee and opened a full-time campaign call center hiring 20 more campaigners to identify supporters and get out the vote for campaigns like Progressive Heroes Alan Grayson in Florida and Raul Grijalva in Arizona.

We’re mobilizing thousands of hours of volunteer time, tens of thousands of volunteer phone calls, and almost a million dollars in direct contributions to progressive campaigns like Annie Kuster in New Hampshire and Joe Garcia is Florida.

The media had it wrong, there’s never been an enthusiasm gap when it comes to defending and electing progressive leaders. Let’s prove it again and take DFA’s progressive Get-Out-The-Vote program to over the top.

We’re not working to save the worst corporate Democrats from defeat this November, we’re working to lead progressives to victory and move America forward with a more progressive Democratic majority.

As Alan Grayson said at DFA’s Day of Action online rally yesterday, we can’t let our children grow up in a country with Sarah Palin as President. Because winning isn’t about the progressive candidates we’re supporting, it’s about what these candidates are fighting for. It’s about the America we want to be and the future we want for our children.

Working together, we’re going to make victory happen. Thank you for everything you do.

Charles Chamberlain, Political Director
